Fusion Pumps is an official member of the Zip Industries group service and warranty provider network. We service, repair, replace and install Zip Tap systems, including Zip HydroTap units, in homes, workplaces and commercial sites across Sydney.
Regular servicing, including filter replacements at the intervals Zip recommends, helps keep the water tasting right and the unit working as it should.

Not boiling or not chilling
A unit that is slow to heat, will not chill or dispenses lukewarm water usually has a component or control fault.
The water tastes or smells different
A change in taste or odour, or slower flow from the tap, is often the first sign a filter is overdue for replacement.
Leaking or dripping
Water under the sink, around the unit or dripping from the tap should be checked before it damages the cabinetry.
Error messages or unusual noises
Fault codes on the display, a unit that keeps needing to be reset or loud noises while heating mean it needs a technician.
